Melanie brings over two decades of experience in behavioral health to projects, utilizing her expertise to support agencies with advanced analytics, business intelligence, defining and analyzing outcomes, developing data-related best practices, and data-driven business planning.  She received her doctoral degree in Social and Healthy Psychology from SUNY Stony Brook and completed her postdoctoral training at the Center for Developmental Sciences at UNC Chapel Hill.

Melanie helps to drive Afia’s vision of the innovation and outcomes that can be accomplished through analytics in Behavioral Health.
